2)c) There were several cords accessible to children including a television cord in the back area of the classroom and a cord in the bathroom. 3)f) There are several new shelves that are tall enough to pose a risk of falling or tipping. The shelves have not yet been anchored to the wall to prevent them from tipping. 5)d) and f) There is an extension cord being used in the bathroom to plug in the sump pump, which is in the floor, to an outlet up high near the ceiling. Extension cords may only be used for a brief, temporary purpose and must not replace direct wiring. Cords must be plugged directly in to a surge protector or wall outlet. 5)g) The end of the extension cord has several open outlets that are accessible to children, as is the plug from the sump pump, and this is near the toilet and sink in the bathroom.
